Come restore, relax and renew at our Monday night Meditation with Penny Heffelfinger.
After a long Monday come let go of your day with restorative yoga stretching...wind down in a guided relaxation....practice easeful meditation using different types of sound, toning, pranayama, mantra and more. Each person will take home the tools that fit them the best and that will assist them in making yoga, relaxation & meditation a daily discipline or deepening their practice.
