“Metta” means “loving-kindness” in Pali, a language native to India (and the sacred language of Buddhism).

In ship-building, the “meta-center” is defined as the point of intersection between the center of a buoyant (or upright) object and the center of that object when tilted or unstable. 

The Metta Center provides a space for us to orient and right ourselves as we navigate the Kosmos. The difference between where we are and where we need to be is love.
